Started by a mother’s complaint that was difficult for her child to consume meat as a source of protein as well as difficulties in processing meat due to the limited time. This problem has inspired us to make processed meats that can be easily consumed by all ages, from young children to the elderly. Abon Cap Koki was founded in 1968 in Purbalingga by prioritizing the empowerment of local wisdom. With the principle that quality is our top priority, Abon Sapi Cap Koki is made from 100% selected fresh beef and is specially processed to create the perfect taste. All processes are HACCP standard which ensures food safety and the hygiene of our products so that the Cap Koki Shredded Beef has a quality standard and is safe to be consumed. Our products are shredded beef, shredded coconut, dried potato, and pecel seasoning.
